You send us the address. We send back a comp-backed monthly rent estimate, days-to-lease window, and prep notes — within one business day.

Walkthrough

A manager visits the home, takes baseline photos, and flags anything that needs to happen before listing.

Sign & list

We countersign the management agreement, schedule the photographer, and have your home live across 30+ sites within five business days.

Lease & pay

Average tenant placement is 18 days. First rent collected on move-in; you're paid out by the 10th of the following month, every month.

One flat fee. No surprises.

8% of collected rent, monthly, on a 12-month agreement with a 60-day exit clause. That covers marketing, leasing, screening, accounting, and inspections. Maintenance is billed at vendor cost.
